1. Right now in the book Pia and Enzio are helping the King and Queen catch the theif that broke into the castle and all of the village peoples homes. Pia and Enzio live in the village and so the two pesent children ask their master if they can leave their work and help the king. The master replies that they would not be leaving the work. So Pia and Enzio run away and are staying in the castle while they are helping catch the theif.

2. So far I don't love the book, but don't hate it eather. One reason that I feel this way is because the story line is getting very boring. Their is nothing exciting going on. Also the author makes the text seem very dull. An example of this is when they think that they have the theif the author does not use any exciting words to describe the action.

3. The dominate theme in the book so far is adventure. I think that this is the dominate theme because the two childern seem to go on a lot of adventures and enjoy going on them. An example of this is when they go to get water from the stream they turn it into a adveture that takes them down a winding path and they soon get lost.

4. My favorite charecter is Pia. She is my favorite charecter because she always seems to be able to laugh at anything that she does wrong. Also she is a charecter that is very easy to relate to. She is also a charecter that loves life even thought she does not have an ideal life.

5. My least favorite charecter is the Master. One reason that he is my least favorite charecter is because he is so mean to Pia and her brother. He makes them do all of the things that other Master's would never dream of having their children do. Lastly another reason that he is my least favorite charecter is because we never learn his name.

6. I think that the children are going to catch the theif next. I think that they will not know that it is the theif because they have this image in their heads but I think that the theif will someone that they don't think it is. Also I think that the children will stand up to the master that they have ben tring to get away from their entire lives.
