1. Right now in the book the main character, Ronnie, is forced to spend a summer with her dad who she hates. She and her mom and brother arrived at his house then decided to go to the carnival. She was watching a volleyball game and one of the players went out of bounds and ran into her which caused her to spill her soda all over herself. She met a girl named Blaze who gave her a clean shirt. They became quick friends and they snuck away from the carnival and her father.

2. I really enjoy the book except for the fact that Ronnie won't giver her dad a chance. Her parents are divorced and she won't call him dad anymore. She is not even giving him a chance even though he is trying to show her how much he loves her. She was very rude to him by running away from him at the carnival. I would not do that because i would be in huge trouble. I like the book because it is interesting to see how easily Ronnie makes new friends so quickly and fits right in.

3. A theme in this book is friendship. Ronnie creates a friendship with Blaze from the first day they met. Although her first encounter with Will was a bit awkward they too became good friends who have feelings for one another.

4. My favorite character is Blaze because she is kind and helpful. She helped Ronnie by giving her a clean shirt and she didn't even know her. She makes Ronnie feel welcome and she understands what Ronnie is going through because her parents are divorced too. She is a really good friend to Ronnie.

5. My least favorite character is Ronnie's dad. I don't like him because he moved away and just forgot about his children. He never came to see them or didn't send them birthday cards or presents. He should have cared about them more and been more present in their lives.

6. I believe that Will and Ronnie will begin to date but then he will have to leave. He will come back and Ronnie will be made but she will still take him back. Then Ronnie will have to go home and something will happen between them but I am not quite sure what yet. I think Ronnie and Blaze will become best friends.
