1. There are many interesting things going on in my book right now. Lizzie has just arrived in Elsewhere and just getting used to it. She has realized what has happened to her. Lizzie was his by a car riding her bicycle to the mall to meet a friend. Lizzie has been put on the S.S Nile and has been transported to Elsewhere. She has gotten of the boat and has met two people so far. She has met Thandi, a girl around Lizzie's age that got shot and Curtis Jest the lead singer of the band Machine that dies from a drug overdose. Lizzie has met her grandmother of the ship and is so confused because her grandmother doesn't look old at all. She tells Lizzie that she will find out soon but Lizzie can't wait and begs for her to tell her. Lizzie finds out that in Elsewhere you age backwards from the time you die until you are zero where you are shipped back to Earth to be reborn. Lizzie is so sad about this because she was so close to being sixteen and getting her license and now she will have to wait another thirty years.

2. I think this book is extremely cool and that is has a really good idea to it. I think I will enjoy this book as it goes on and discover some new things about Lizzie and her grandmother.

3. The theme I notice in this book is discouragement. I see this because Lizzie couldn't find out where she was at first and thought she was dreaming until she saw her own funeral. Also Lizzie is discouraged because she has to wait so much longer than planned to become sixteen and earn the privileges that she gets.

4.Lizzie's grandmother is my favorite character so far because she is always optimistic and never is looking at the bad side of things only the good. Also she seems very hip and cool.

5. Lizzie's best friend back at home is my least favorite character because Lizzie said that she didn't come to her funeral which is horrible. I think only a true friend would come to her so called best friends funeral. Also it was sort of her friends fault that Lizzie got killed because Lizzie was on her way to meet her friend so she could help her look for a prom dress and was in a rush and was late so she was being careful.

6. I think Lizzie will begin to like her grandmother more and realize that the life she now gets to live isn't so bad because she will be able to re-live the life she had before. Also I think by the end of the book Lizzie will get shipped down the river and re-born.
