1. Right now in my book Mia the main character is just leaving the dcotors office finding out that she has synesthesia. The doctor is a neurologist. Mia found her self there after going to the regular doctor who sent her to a therapist who sent her to the neurologist. Mia is 13 and she finally just told her parents what she saw. She has never told anybody ever. After she told her parents and was being called out of school her best friend Jenna get's a little curious and asks Mia what is going on with her. Mia is not sure what she has yet at this point in time but she decides to tell Jenna that she sees colors, instead of Jenna becoming a caring nutruing friend, she gets mad at Mia because Mia did not tell her after all the years they have been best friends. While this little spat occurs, Jenna tells Kimberly one of their other friends Jenna's condition and Kimberly tells everybody. Jenna had this secret for 13 years and now everybody knows. But, now because Mia knows her condition she knows exactly what is wrong with her. Synesthesia is a desiese where some of your senses are crossed, in Mia's example it is her hearing and her vision.

2. I love the book so far, I think it is very well written and i love the plot. I am especially interested in what the book is about. I think that is the coolest thing I have ever heard of. I did not know about it before I read this book. I also love Mia's personality and how she met a little boy who she thinks might have the exact same desiese as her. I dont think anything could change to make this book better it is so great!

3. I notice the theme friendship in this book. I notice it in the relationship between Mia and Jenna. It really showed the ups and downs that friendship can have, for example when Jenna got mad about Mia not telling her what was wrong with her. I also notice it between Mia, Jenna and the other 3 girls they sit with at the lunch table. I notice it because they are all bestfriends with different cliques inside the cliques which is very much like real life.

4. My favorite character is Zach because of all of his superstitions. I think that is so funny how he believes so strongly in all those things, and then he was also very understanding of Mia's condition. I thought that was very sweet of him and I would love to have a brother like that. He also mentioned that the kids at school were talking about it but he was making sure he didn't hurt Mia's feelings.

5. Jenna is my least favorite character because she got mad over Mia not telling her, her deepest darkest secret that not even her family knew. She also told other people about it! Even when Mia came to her trusting her and trusting that her bestfriend scince she was little wouldn't tell about the thing that she has kept a secret for 13 years.

6. I think that Mia and her family will become a lot more relieved about finally knowing what was wrong with her. I also think that it will cause alot of differentness at school, it seemed that Mia was a little invisible at school before this but now she has all this attention from people she has never talked to and I think that she will have to overcome obstacles like not loosing her bestfriend, and not getting wrapped up in all of the drama.
