Finished

1. Right now in the book Percy ahs just finished his quest to find Daedalus. He and his friends are at his house celebrating his birthday. When celebrating Nico comes in with some important info. The info he has is on how to defeat Luke. This is so important because they have not been able to defeat him when he has Kronos inside of him. This helps Percy because the last time he went up against Luke with Kronos in him he almost got destroyed.

2. I loved this book. I loved it because of the plot twist that changed the whole feel of the story. This also affected the ending of the story. I also enjoy this book for the scenes like when Percy fought Kronos. These fights scenes make this the perfect book for a guy.

3. The theme is heroism. I noticed tis when Percy is fighting against the Titains who are much stronger than he is. I also noticed this when Percy goes into situations like the Labyrinth which he has no idea about. Percy does things that most other Demi-Gods would not dream of doing.

4. Grover is my favorite character. I like Grover because he is not all out hero but he still mans up to help when he is needed. I also enjoy him for the humor he provides to the book with his theatrical falls and can eating. I also love him because he has a personality so different from every other character.

5. My least favorite character is Luke. He is my least favorite character because he plays off the good nature of Percy and friends. I also dislike him because he has fallen under control of the Titains. Finally I dislike him because he rarely does the work for himself, he usually send other to do it for him.

6. I thought this was a great book. I liked it for the action but yet sophisticated plot it had to offer. I also enjoyed this because of the way Rick Riordan was able to develop the characters to play off each other. This is why I enjoyed the book.
