1. Right now is a very exciting part in my book despite the fact that I have already read and know what is going to happen. Alex and Ash(Alex's long lost godfather) have been disguised as Afghani immigrants who are trying to make it on to a huge shipping boat inside one of the containers as stow aways. They are hopping to accomplish this because MI6 has informed them that Major Yu is on that boat. Major Yu is a large part in the international crime organization known as Scorpia. He is planning on killing eight celebrities who are starting and supporting a "Get rid of Poverty" program. They have not yet made it onto the ship but they are very close.

2. I am actually finding that this book is better the second time around than the first. I feel that it might be that I understand it more. Actually it is one of the few books that I have ever read twice. I think I specifically chose this novel to read again because it was my favorite in the Alex Rider series. What I do not like about reading it a second time is that I know what is going to happen right after a very suspenseful moment instead of having no idea. I like not knowing what is going to happen.

3. A prominent theme in this book is trust. I believe that trust is demonstrated here through Alex and Ash. They are going out into the field with no backup and they must count on each other. Also Alex must trust Ash even more than Ash trusts Alex because this is the first time that they have ever met. Alex has no idea what kind of man he is.

4. My favorite character so far in this book is Alex Rider. He will probably always be my favorite character in all of the Alex Rider novels. I am specially enjoying him within this book because he is faced with such a large surprise and he handles it very well. This surprise is finding out about his godfather, Ash. This is a very big deal because his parents and his uncle are dead and Ash is his only link to his past.

5. My least favorite character is Major Yu. He is the typical bad guy. He is mysterious and is involves with extreme crime that happens all over the globe. He is certainly the antagonist in this story.

6. In this section I am suppose to write what I think will happen. I have already read the book and therefor already know what will happen so I am unsure of what to write here,
