1. In my book right now, Carl Hobbes, the main character has is on an airplane going to the so called "Guantanamo Bay of the North". He has been taken in because he hacked into the supposedly unhackable Fort Knox. He sent their gold to multiple terrorist organization without thinking twice. But his lawyer told him that he was not going to be taken formally and only questioned on how he did it. This turned out to be a lie when he realized he is on the plane with some of the worlds most hardened criminals.
2. So far I am some what disappointed, I read the description of this and couldn't wait to read this, but so far the chapters are really short and aren't very descriptive which always leave some big unanswered questions. But I feel that once the plot fully develops that this will be a very good book.
3.The theme in the book that I have noticed is deception. How the police system lied to him by saying that there wasn't going to be a lot of handcuffs. I think that there will also be somebody who directly knew where he was going and that this wasn't a mistake.
4.So far my favorite character in this book would be Carl. Though I haven't been introduced to many characters yet I feel that he is really smart. I know he's really smart because he hacked into Fort Knox and was actually able to send gold to other people. I also feel bad for him because he was just hacking into Fort Knox because they were supposed to be "unhackable", not be mischevous but to see if it really was and he has to go to a jail to be interviewed.
5.My least favorite character in this book is Thomas Grimstad, he is one of the criminals on Carls plane. The reason he is there is because he set off a bomb in a very crowded place. But when the cabin pressure is hurting everyone's ears, and some people's eardrums burst and noses are bleeding, he takes the blood and smears it across his face and this is how Carl recognizes him, with the blood smeared on his face and the creepy grin that he had been wearing in his mug shot on the front page of the paper.
6.I predict that Carl will get to the jail and find out that he has to stay there for much longer than he thought. I also think that he will have a confrontation with Thomas Grimstad because the author described him so vividly that it showed how afraid 17 year old Carl is. I also think that Carl will develop a plot to escape and execute it and get to safety, but I don't know where that is.
