1. Right now in the book the main character Auden is living with her father, step-mom, and new baby step-sister Thisby. Auden has never had a real childhood so when she meets Eli it is destine to be. While dating Eli brings Auden on many fun childhood memories like teaching her how to bowl, having cookouts, and letting loose and having fun. All of that is very different from what Auden is use to, her older brother Hollis stole all the childhood memories so that when it was her time to have them her parents were already to tiard. Along with the fun of that Auden is also working at her step-mom store, while working there Auden befriends three girls who she quickly starts to hang out with.

2. So far I really like this book. It has great detail, narrated by Auden, and is a special kind of love story. The special kind of love story it is, is like a friendship bond but still in love at the same time. I really like that because it is not like a love story movies or books where the characters dated they fall in love, he breaks her heart, they get back together and live happily ever after. No, its like a secret kind of after hours dating that they do, which I find really romantic.

3. The theme is really family I think, because the book is not just about Auden's life with her friends and boyfriend. It is also about her relationship with her father, step-mom, and step-sister. I think Auden and her sister have a really cool bond which really brings out the family concept in this book.

4. My favorite character is the mother Heidi, because she is kinda like super mom. She handles a store, while taking care of a baby with not a lot of help, and remains to look great after just having a kid. I also really like her because she is not like an evil step mom she is really nice and she is trying to make an effort to become close with Auden. She really reminds me of my mom in a way because she is so nice and caring.

5. My least favorite character would defiantly be Auden's father, because he is so selfish. He does not help Heidi with the baby because he claims to have a sleep disorder. He has the world revolve around him and his book which he has been writing since Auden was little. Also on top of all that he disregards Auden when she came to see him.

6. I predict that Auden will run into trouble when she nears the end of summer. I think she will have to make a big choise whether to stay with Eli or to focus on school.
