1) Right now in my book the main character Mia just got in a fight with her best friend, Jenna. It is interfering with her everyday life, and she explains how it is playing with her head. The two got in a fight because Mia just told Jenna about her problem where certain letters and numbers come out in different colors. Jenna had a different reaction than she thought she would. She bursted out crying asking Mia why she would keep something like this from her. this eventually lead to their fight.
2) So far I really enjoy this book. I like it a lot because Mia is someone that I have never really read about before, so I find it intresting. I think that her disease is really intresting also, because it is very unpopular, and i haev never heard about it, so it is fun to read about.
3) A theme in the book that I have noticed is to always be yourself. I see that a lot in Mia, because at the begining of her life, she hides who she is because she is afraid of what other people will think of her. When she does really let people get to know her, her best friend and her get in a fight so she may have second thoughts about it. But i think a huge theme is to always be yourself.
4) My favorite character is Mia. I really like so far how much she has grown throughout the book, and I am not even that far into it. I think she is very brave and strong to deal with this for about the first 14 years of her life. I would really like to watch her grow throughout the book and learn more about her.
5) So far my least favorite character in the book is Jenna. I really do not like the way she treats Mia, and make the situation about herself, instead of thinking about Mia who has a very huge disiease.
6) My prediction of the book is that Mia will learn and grow throughout the book. I think that eventually she will learn to not care so much about what other people think, and she will move forward in her life.
