1. Right now in the book nothing major is happening. Jerry wants a dog really badly but he has to ask his parents and save enough money to get it. Jerry’s parents never have any extra money so getting this dog is going to be a challenge.

2. This book is super easy but I forgot my reading book so I chose this. the book has a good moral to the story. i like how any kid can relate to wanting a dog

3. a theme that i notice within the couple pages i have read is compassion. jerry is so obsessd with getting a dog and wont stop till he gets it.

4. my favorite carrachter is Jerry because he is deteremened to get his puupy and when he has somthing in his mind he wont give up one it. Kinda like me i wont give up on something that I want.

5. I don’t have a favorite character and there isn’t alot of people mentioned in the book yet.

6.my prediction for this book is that jerry will work really hard to get the money but the puppies will be gone.
