Page 130.

1. Right now in the book, Alex and his best friend, Sabina, are taking a vacation in Scotland. Sabina's dad took her and Alex to a party at a castle. There is a very big blizzard going on so everyone wants to stay inside. When they leave, the car slips on the road and tumbles off the side of the cliff. They land in sea and everyone thinks they will die. Alex makes Sabina get out of the car and swim to the top. He says he will get her dad and he does. He takes him out of the car and brings him to the top while Sabina's dad is unconscious. They all make it out alive and get a ride back to there house. But Alex knows they didn't slip, he heard a gunshot right before they went off the road.

2. I really like the book so far. It is really different from all of the other books in the serries. He is not working for Intellegence, he is just being a kid. He just can't stay out of trouble and it is really interesting how he always gets out of it. I really have a hard time putting the book down because it is so good. The suspense also makes the book very unique. Lastly, there are lots of twists to the sotry that make it hard to follow but not confusing.

3. So far I have noticed in the book that a theme is loyalty. Alex and Sabina have been best friends since they were very little kids. They do everything together and trust each other with there lives. I noticed Sabina's loyalty towards Alex when her car was at the bottom of the sea. Alex told her to get out and that he would take care of her dad. She knew she was putting her dad's life in his hands, and she didn't argue. To me, that is very extreme loyalty.

4. Right now my favorite character is Alex. He has had a very hard life and he is only 15. He has been used many times by English Intellegence to do there dirty work. He has survived each time by staying strong. When he was trapped in the car, he could have easily said there would not be any time to save Sabina's dad. He could have swam to the top and saved himself. He decided to pull out her unconscious dad and bring him to the top. That was a very noble thing to do.

5. Right now my least favorite character is the host of the party. He got all of his money and his castle by being a criminal. He didn't deserve any of what he got. During the party, when Alex took all of his money in poker, I think he wanted revenge. Alex knew he heard a gunshot before the car slid off the road. If the host had shot the tire to get revenge for the poker game, he almost killed three people. Because of his anger issues he is my least favorite character.

6. I predict that Alex will have to go back to British Intellegence. There might be somehting different behind the car crashing than he tohught. He will probably get mixed up in something a lot bigger then him and he won't be able to get out. He will need help from the government, and as always they will make him do one of their missions in return for the help. Then, he will have no choice but to start working for them again, and he will have to leave school again.
