1. Right now in my book Anna and Peter just got out of Grange hall and they are running from the catchers who are searching everywhere for them. They recently left Mrs. Sharpe's house and are back with Anna's parents. Anna also has discovered that she has a baby brother named Ben. After Anna and Peter left Mrs. Sharpe's house the catchers came for the second time. They said that they got a tip, and that someone thought they saw the two kids in her garden. Mrs. Sharpe wouldn't tell the catchers anything about where Anna and Peter were so, they threatened to take her off her longevity drugs- which would kill her. So she tells the catchers false information about where Anna and Peter are going and finally the police leave. Lastly, Anna's parents got a phone call from a friend telling them that the mead mistress at Grange hall knew where they were. Anna realizes this was because she lost the journal she had that she wrote all her and Peters escape plans in (sheila really stole the book and gave it to Ms. Pincet).

2. Recently my book has gotten really exciting and the suspense has heightened. This is because, now everyone is looking for Anna and Peter. Before now the book has been pretty slow so I'm glad things picked up. Although I enjoy reading about each character, It's sometimes confusing- and I have to stop and re-read.

3. A main theme in this book that I am noticing is trustworthiness because, when Peter first got to Grange hall Anna didn't talk to him because she felt she couldn't trust him. And when he asked her to escape and go back to her family with him she said no because she didn't believe or trust Peter enough to believe that he could get them out of Grange hall. Where as now Anna and Peter are friends, and Anna is willing to run the risk of running away and getting caught because, she believes Peter when he says he has a plan and can get them home safely.

4. My favorite character is Peter because, he never gives up once he has his mind set on doing something. I also like that unlike everyone else in Grange Hall, Peter is not afraid of Ms. Pincet no matter how mean she is. Peter is a really good friend to Anna, he got captured on purpose just so he could help Anna's parents get Anna back home. Doing this makes Peter really brave because, no one knew he was out there in the first place and he may have never gotten caught, but now the catchers know he's out there and they are determined to catch him.

5. My least favorite character s Anna because, when she was little she was put in Grange Hall and told she was surplus, so for years and years she hated her parents when it was really Ms. Pincet she should have hated all along. I don't like how easily she believed everything Ms. Pincet told her and thought so lowly of herself. It bugged me that when given the chance she didn't even want to try to escape Grange Hall (at first) because she thought that she didn't deserve to live in the outside world.

6. Next, I think this thing with the catchers is going to turn into a major chase. I think the catchers will go to where Anna's journal said she and Peter would go and then I think the catchers will find more clues there that lead to where Anna's parents are planning on bringing Anna and Peter. i think the catchers will always be one step behind them though. In the midst of all this, while things are chaotic at Grange Hall I think sheila will find a way to escape. putting the spotlight on her. I think sheila will get to her parents, and they will get to keep sheila because, she was really a legal ( the only reason she was put in Grange Hall was because she was staying with her grandmother while her parents were on vacation, and her grandmother never opted out of the declaration). While sheila's case is being looked at I think Anna and Peter will hide and the catchers won't be able to find them.
